HeltonTool Extends Its Return Window for the Holidays!

Holiday shopping is stressful enough as it is. From making sure you buy gifts your family will love, to finding retailers you can place trust in, to actually making your purchases, things are tough. We at HeltonTool understand that, and want to make your Holiday shopping experience as smooth and worry-free as possible.

From now through the end of December, HeltonTool will proudly provide hassle-free returns on all items purchased from any of the Helton & Co. stores until January 31! That means if you are dissatisfied with your Holiday purchase, for whatever reason, you can return it for a full refund or exchange outside of our normal 30-day return window - NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

With HeltonTool's new Holiday return window, you can buy with confidence knowing your order is covered into 2016.


HeltonTool is pleased to provide our customers with exemplary service. That service includes accepting customer returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please contact Customer Service at 480-398-2495 (or toll free 888-444-6648) 9:00am - 5:00pm Arizona time, or email us at to initiate the return process.

All items being returned for a refund or replacement/exchange must have a Return Authorization Number ( RAN) issued by HeltonTool. Returns received without an RAN may be delayed in processing.

Please wrap the item well and place a copy of our packing slip in the box documenting the RAN, along with a brief description of the reason for the return. Please write the RAN on the outside of the box for rapid processing. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product.

Expedited, Next Day and International shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returned items must be received in the same condition as they were sold. HeltonTool will not accept returns of any products with missing or altered serial numbers or UPCs. Products altered from their original condition (painted or etched, etc.) will not be accepted for return or exchange.

The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Please email us or contact Customer Service for a FedEx return shipping label for defective products. HeltonTool provides insurance on all incoming packages with a valid tracking number.


International returns must meet the requirements of the Domestic returns outlined above. In addition, please mark the Customs document merchandise return with no value. If there are duties or charges due on the package, HeltonTool will not accept delivery.
